I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me
heavenward in Christ Jesus.

I have to agree with the application of this verse calling us to forget the past, it's failures, disappointments and pain. To press on, living in the now, looking forward to the future and even daring to hope because with God, all things are possible.
