Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
I think it best to comment as least as possible on this verse. However, this is God's love letter to us in 66 books as Hank Hanegraff often says.
